I hope that you will enjoy my book and that it will inspire you to look beyond horizons, and to reach for your own stars right away.

Our story, of a young couple without any extraordinary privileges, demonstrates what can be possible if we just let go. It should encourage you to unearth and realise your long-desired wishes. If you close a door, you will soon realise another has already been opened, just waiting for you to step through!

It is okay to have bad days and to question yourself, and that in the end it all comes down to being able to say: I was true to myself, I tried everything I longed for, and lived my passions – big and small. There is no failure, only trial.

I share the joy, freedom and hiccups we experienced during our travels, along with our gratitude for new found four and two-legged friends, beautiful homes and faraway places. The inevitable finding of one's self, and ways towards loving acceptance of one's own weaknesses can be read between the lines.
